Punjgran Water Fall<br/>2. Dhani Waterfall <br/>We reached Neelam Tourist huts in the evening. We got them booked from Muzafarabad. In the evening we had a cup of tea at the river bank with India on the other side. <br/><br/>Jeep Fare in Neelam<br/>A 4x4 jeep can be hired from Keran for 3 days and 2 nights for PKR.30,000. The driver's name is Toseef Hussain and his contact number is +92355 8002483. The travel time from Keran to Kel is normally 5-6 hours, . You can bargain on the fare and rent as well. <br/><br/>Food and Cooking <br/>There are many good food options in Kashmir. If you enjoy cooking, you can buy fresh chicken meat from the local market. It is not recommended to buy beef unless you are sure it is fresh and not frozen. The best option is to ask your hotel management to prepare your meals. Specify what you would like to eat, and they will be happy to accommodate your request. For lunch, you can have vegetables and rice. For dinner, you can have barbecued meat or fish. For breakfast, you can have eggs.<br/><br/>Tips for Safe Travel and Security Situation in Kashmir<br/><br/>1- The best time to visit the Neelum Valley is during the spring (April-June) or fall (September-October). The weather is mild during these months, and the valley is lush with greenery.<br/><br/>2 -Be prepared for anything: The weather in Kashmir can change quickly, so be prepared for anything. Pack for both warm and cold weather, and be sure to bring rain gear.<br/>3- Get out and explore: Kashmir is a big place, so don't be afraid to get out and explore. There are many hidden gems to discover, so take your time and enjoy the journey.<br/>4- Be respectful of the locals: Kashmir is a Muslim-majority region, so be sure to be respectful of the local culture and customs. A man lost half his body weight after ditching his annual $3.9k vodka habit – and is now winning ultra-triathlons. <br/><br/>Jonathan Perez, 28, had been overweight his whole life but lived an active lifestyle and loved running, swimming and martial arts.<br/><br/>But when the pandemic hit he struggled to keep up with his training and piled on the pounds - soon tipping the scales at 28st 5lbs and squeezing into a size 4XL.<br/><br/>He sank three bottles of vodka a week – costing $25 a bottle – and ordered takeaways such as Pizza Hut.<br/><br/>Jonathan decided to make a change after realising he couldn’t find any clothes to fit him and had a gastric sleeve in Mexico – costing him $10k.<br/><br/>Now Jonathan eats home-cooked foods and has lost half his body weight.
