Description: You can do these using dumbbell, naal or center mass dumbbells (Fat Bells) like we are doing here.nnFor training, go heavy at the end of training and rep out for a set or two to balance out heavy Gada work. For grip, tendon and ligament strength go light and do the exercises for 100 or so reps.
