Description: The arrival of first C.M.S Missionary Rev. Thomas Norton changed the landscape of Christianity in Kerala and India in 1816. This was followed by arrival of more missionaries Rev. Benjamin Bailey, Joseph Fenn, Henry Baker (Sr), Rev. Joseph Peet and others. They came to reform the ancient Syrian Christians living in Travancore and ended up setting churches, educational institutions and print media.
