Ettarh serves her chicken salad sandwich on a hero roll with homemade mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, radish, and avocado. Mitchell builds his chicken salad on a sourdough toast topped with green goddess dressing, avocado, Honeycrisp apple, and confit egg.
