Apart from Sharada (Saraswati Devi) Math in Sringeri he also established Shankara Math in Puri, Badrinath and Dwaraka during his lifetime. He also wrote prolificly on Vedanta Philosophy. But a devotee in heart. The title song 'Bhaja Govinda' is one of his original composition.
